It looks to me so far like the problem is specific to the wifi connection between the device and the router. Resetting router: Issue remains, all other devices unaffected. No dropping or accompanying bluetooth issues. No dropping or accompanying bluetooth issues.Ĭonnecting affected device via ethernet: Works as normal. Other things that I tried to narrow down the problem:Ĭonnecting affected device to a different wifi network: Works as normal. Uninstalling and reinstalling network adapter Unchecked Allow the computer to turn off this device on network adapter settings Here's what I tried on the device so far which has failed to solve the issue: There have also been a few times where a wifi connection issue was accompanied by bluetooth devices getting disconnected before reconnecting soon after. I can still manually connect to the network if it's not visible in the available networks but the other issues persist. The connection is noticeably slower and drops out every now and again, sometimes reconnecting after a few seconds, sometimes the network disappears from the list of available networks, sometimes the list of available networks itself disappears which requires a driver or network reset to return to normal. Our home router services 8 devices, one by ethernet cable, but one device is experiencing problems connecting through wifi.
